Robert Góralczyk (March 21, 1943 – May 18, 1984) was a Polish ice hockey player. He played for the Poland men's national ice hockey team at the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo, and the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck. His brother, Feliks also played at the 1972 Winter Olympics.

Jeden z najdłużej grających obrońców (1955–1981) w historii polskiego hokeja na lodzie. Zawodnik klubów: Fortuna Wyry (1955–1963), Legii Warszawa (1963–1965) i Baildonu Katowice (1966–1981). W 19 sezonach ligowych rozegrał 605 meczów (6. miejsce w ilości rozegranych meczów w historii polskiego hokeja) podczas których zdobył 188 bramek. W reprezentacji Polski rozegrał 158 spotkań (w latach 1965–1976), w których zdobył 26 bramek. (pl)
