| - Paeonia cambessedesii es una especie de planta perenne de la familia Paeoniaceae endémica de la isla española de Mallorca, en el Mediterráneo occidental. Crece unos 45 cm de alto, llegando a alcanzar 60 cm, y posee vistosas flores rosas. Los tallos, las nervaduras principales y el envés son de color rojo púrpúreo, mientras que el haz adquiere tonalidades verdes azuladas una vez desarrolladas. Las hojas inferiores, biternadas, no presentan más de nueve segmentos. Recibe su nombre en honor al botánico francés Jacques Cambessèdes. (es)
- Paeonia cambessedesii is a perennial herbaceous species of peony about 45 cm high. It has pink flowers. The stems, major veins and undersides of the leaves remain purple red, while the upper surface of the leaves turns into a metallic bluish green when fully grown and its lower leaves consist of no more than nine leaflets or segments. This endemic of the Balearic Islands is now limited to parts of northeastern and northwestern Majorca. In English it is sometimes called Balearic peony or Majorcan peony. (en)
