Modiano Market or Stoa Modiano (Greek: Στοά Μοδιάνο) is an enclosed market in Thessaloniki, Greece. It was built between 1922 and 1925, after the great fire, on the site of the old Talmud Tora synagogue. It is in the center of the city and forms the central point of the city's market which encompasses over several blocks. It took its name from the architect , a member of the well known Italo-Jewish Modiano family of the city, who owned the area and later the market. The architectural office of Modiano was also inside the building.

Η κατασκευή της αγοράς ξεκίνησε το 1922, αποπερατώθηκε το 1925 κι εγκαινιάστηκε το 1930. Χτίστηκε στην περιοχή της πυρίκαυστης ζώνης, περιοχή που καταστράφηκε από την πυρκαγιά του 1917 κι ανοικοδομήθηκε με το Σχέδιο Εμπράρ. Πριν την πυρκαγιά στο σημείο αυτό βρισκόταν η συναγωγή Ταλμούδ Τορά και το ομώνυμο οικόπεδο της στην εβραϊκή συνοικία Kadi. Χαρακτηρίστηκε ως διατηρητέο κτίριο το 1983 από το ΥΠΕΧΩΔΕ κι ως ιστορικό διατηρητέο μνημείο το 1995 από το Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού διότι «είναι χαρακτηριστικό δείγμα κτιρίων Αγοράς με στοά». (el)

Η αγορά σταδιακά εγκαταλείφθηκε την δεκαετία του 1990, με καταστήματα να κλείνουν, καθώς δεν μπορούσαν να ανανεώσουν την άδεια λειτουργίας για υγειονομικούς λόγους. Το κτίριο κρίθηκε το 2017 ως δομικά ακατάλληλο επικίνδυνο από την πολεοδομία Θεσσαλονίκης, απόρροια της έλλειψης συντήρησης του κτιρίου, με αποτέλεσμα να κλείσει. Το καλοκαίρι του 2017 ο όμιλος Φάις αγόρασε το 43,6% από το ΤΑΙΠΕΔ και σταδιακά εξαγόρασε το 57%. Οι εργασίες ανακαίνισης ξεκίνησαν τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2020 και ολοκληρώθηκαν τον Οκτώβριο του 2022. Η ανακαινισμένη αγορά άνοιξε για το κοινό στις 5 Δεκεμβρίου 2022. (el)
