W latach 1991-2005 nosił nazwę Marlboro Masters of Formuła 3 oraz BP Ultimate Masters of Formuła 3 (2006–2007). Pierwszy wyścig Masters of Formuła 3 odbył się w 1991, jako następca FIA Europejskiej Formuła 3 Cup. Wielu kierowców z Formuły 1 brało udział w Masters of Formuła 3, m.in. David Coulthard, Lewis Hamilton. W sezonie 2007 i 2008 wyścig odbył się na torze w Circuit Zolder (Belgia); w 2009 powrócił do Zandvoort. (pl)

- Das Formel-3-Masters (auch bekannt als Masters of Formula 3) ist ein internationales Formel-3-Rennen, das seit 1991 jährlich ausgetragen wird. Das Formel-3-Masters fand von 1991 bis 2006 und seit 2009 im Circuit Park Zandvoort sowie 2007 und 2008 auf dem Circuit Zolder statt. Das Formel-3-Masters nahm nach dem Ende des Europäischen Formel-3-Cups nach der Saison 1990 die Position einer inoffiziellen Formel-3-Europameisterschaft ein. Diese Position verlor das Formel-3-Masters auch nicht, als die FIA zwischen 1999 und 2004 den Grand Prix de Pau als europäischen Formel-3-Cup auszeichnete. (de)
- El Masters de Fórmula 3 fue una carrera de automovilismo de velocidad anual de Fórmula 3 que reemplazó en el año 1991 a la Copa Europea de Fórmula 3, que se disputaba en el circuito de Bugatti. El Masters se disputó siempre en el circuito de Zandvoort, salvo en las ediciones de 2007 y 2008, que se disputaron en Zolder por problemas de contaminación acústica. Pese a que la Fórmula 3 Euroseries ha corrido en Zandvoort desde 2003, esa fecha y el Masters de F3 se han disputado de forma independiente. El circuito de Zandvoort volvió a partir de 2009. - The Masters of Formula 3 was a Formula Three race held annually, usually at the Circuit Park Zandvoort in the Netherlands. Due to noise restrictions in the Zandvoort area, the 2007 and 2008 races were held in the Belgian circuit of Zolder. However, it returned to Zandvoort for the 2009 race. The event was sponsored by Marlboro from 1991 to 2005. When tobacco advertising was banned in the European Union after 31 July 2005, the Masters lost its sponsorship. The race was sponsored by BP Ultimate took from 2006 to 2007, RTL in 2008, Tango in 2009 and RTL again in 2010. (en)
- De Masters of Formula 3 was een jaarlijks terugkerende race, die werd gezien als een van de belangrijkste races in de Formule 3-klasse. Tijdens de Masters reden Formule 3-coureurs uit verschillende Europese kampioenschappen. Naast de Masters of Formula 3 waren er slechts een beperkt aantal races waarbij er een cross over van kampioenschappen is, dit gebeurde onder andere bij de Formule 3 race in Monaco, de en de Macau F3 Grand Prix. De race werd in de jaren 90 en het begin van deze eeuw verreden onder de naam Marlboro Masters, en was derhalve ook bekend onder deze naam. (nl)
