David Saelens (born 2 July 1975 in Ypres, West Flanders) is a racing driver from Belgium. He drove in several racing classes such as Formula Three, International Formula 3000, American Le Mans Series, DTM and most recently the 2018 Porsche Supercup. In 1998 he won the Marlboro Masters of Formula 3 at Zandvoort. In 1998 he became the first non-French driver to win the French Formula Three Championship.

In 1995 ging hij in de Benelux rijden en een jaar later al in de Europese . Hij nam ook deel aan de 24 uur van Spa-Francorchamps waarin hij derde werd met een BMW. In 1997 ging hij in de Franse Formule 3 rijden waarin hij de derde plaats in het kampioenschap behaalde. Een jaar later won hij zelfs het kampioenschap. Hij behaalde ook de overwinning in de Masters of Formula 3 op Zandvoort. In 2004 en 2005 reed hij in de Porsche Supercup. (nl)
