The Canadian Football League (CFL) has played numerous neutral site games in its history – i.e. games outside of both teams' home cities. Several CFL games have been staged in the United States – the earliest was in 1909, and the most recent was in 1995 during the league's short-lived US expansion. In the 2005 preseason, and regular seasons of 2010, 2011 and 2013, games in Atlantic Canada were billed as Touchdown Atlantic. The event was on hiatus from 2014 to 2018, but returned in 2019.
