- Notorious 85-year-old criminal, Beryl 'The Beefcake' Bagshot escapes from prison and regroups with her old team. They plan to steal The Invigatron, an M.I.9 invention that can heal any injury. But one member of her group is missing, Harry 'Fingers' Fulson. The team bring him to St. Hope's under the guise of him working as a handyman after Frank 'injured' himself. When Harry goes missing, the team must find him and stop Beryl's gang. (en)
- M.I.9 have acquired a fragmented message from the terror organisation 99p. They are a group that is dedicated to bringing down the world's economy to 99p. The message reveals that the group is going to attack the M.I.9 Communication Centre and Dan, Aneisha and Keri go to investigate but are attacked by the group. After managing to escape, the team question how 99p managed to find the centre. An external breach is to blame, leading the team to believe that Scraper Associates are at fault, being the only non-M.I.9 personnel to have access to facilities. Meanwhile at St Hearts, after having many billboards installed, by the same Scraper Associates, Mr Flatley and the students try to come up with an advert to promote their school. (en)

- Out of sync with the times, an old-school spy infiltrates the St. Heart's spybase and hijacks an M.I.9 invention capable of upgrading M.I.9's technology. Once she reverses it, she offers Dan the chance to join the 'old school spies'. With the world's technology being downgraded at an alarming rate, the rest of the team must convince Dan to change his mind, and reverse the damage. (en)
- Mysterious robberies are happening across the city, and Lenny was caught stealing some priceless diamonds; he was arrested by M.I.9, who investigate. They find that the robberies were all done by students , so Daisy and Blane interview the students; getting nowhere, Rose breaks into M.I.9 headquarters and speaks to Lenny about the raids. Reviewing the tape of Lenny stealing the diamonds, the team wonder how Lenny could jump far with his war wound. Rose calculates the body movement and concludes it was an ex-M.I.9 agent, Charlie Chuckworth . Blane, Daisy and Rose go to Chuckworth's last known address and discover that Chuckworth are behind the robberies with a plasma face-changing machine. (en)

- The team, Frank, and Stella have gone into hiding as M.I.9 has been taken over by KORPS. As KORPS' plans are nearing completion, the team must act fast. Frank tells them about 'The Heart', a rumoured super computer that controls all of KORPS' networks. They plan to destroy it but the only problem is that it is located at KORPS Central HQ which has never been found. Tom comes up with an idea and the group break back into their base under St. Heart's. Tom reveals that he made a gadget that contains a microchip that holds an anti-virus before they were fired, it will make Keri reject The Mastermind's consciousness if KORPS try to transfer it. It also contains a tracking device, so if Keri gives herself up, KORPS will take her to their HQ, leading to The Heart. Keri accepts, but the team also have far more pressing matters to worry about. Meanwhile, Evelyn Baxter is bent on taking over the country, and then destroying it. (en)

- Mandy Pluckley, the country's top 'agony aunt', has been abducted by KORPS. She is the sworn confidant of the Prime Minister and he is dependent on her. Without her guidance, he has started to lose his mind and sense of reality. Making matters worse, in three hours, the British Government is holding the Unity Summit which puts every country's defences under a single system. His only permitted aide is Mandy and the team need to find her so that the PM can complete his duties at the Summit. After barely competing their mission, the PM sees their close call as a danger and orders them to be stood down, permanently. Meanwhile at St Heart's, Mrs King is shocked when she receives a letter informing her that a student has complained to the Education Minister about her. She vows to find the culprit no matter what. - After learning that his mother has been moved to a 'more comfortable cell', Oscar walks-out on M.I.9 and plans to infiltrate SKUL and destroy it from the inside. The Grand Master tests Oscar's loyalty by having him kidnap the Head of M.I.9, but locks him up with the Head, revealing that he never trusted him. Rose and Carrie find Oscar's missing father Edward who infiltrated SKUL and go to rescue Oscar and the Head. But The Grand Master has activated the base's self-destruct and with Edward's leg broken, they must leave him behind. Their leader The Octopus, has plans to blow up Antarctica and flood the world to protect the world's marine life from humans. The team is tasked with protecting a ship with the final component for the warhead, but when they are captured, Frank finds out the Octopus is really his cousin, who was said to be lost at sea years ago. - The team investigate celebrity chef Tommy Blumenheck's restaurant. This is where the Head of M.I.9 and financial heads meet to exchange bank code numbers, but each time they do, SKUL somehow intercepts the code and empties each bank's cash reserves. Meanwhile at St. Hope's, the pupils have a protest against their nasty cafeteria food. (en)
- Briefed to protect Grand Duke Nicholas, the heir to the throne of a small European state who has had kidnap threats made against him, the team hide him at St. Heart's, where the arrogant prince must learn to behave as a commoner with hilarious consequences. She uses her DNA and finds she has a sister, B:9:2:K:L:O:E:7 who is later revealed to have tampered genes. She's dangerous, and can't become an M.I.9 agent. Kidnapping the heir and demanding 10 million pounds, Zoe must stop her sister, alone. After the mission is over, Frank tracks Zoe's DNA all around the world, and sees that there are many matches. - Two new agents, Carrie and Oscar, team up with Rose as they find out about their first mission together. Famous landmarks are being graffitied. The team must try to keep their first mission on track and ensure that a new anti-SKUL treaty is signed, but with the countries blaming Britain for the graffiti, they have next to no chance. (en)
- The country's power supply is being sucked dry by an evil villain, and the only thing to stop it is an invention by Raymond Stilt called the glove. At St. Hope's, an eco-friendly expert comes to the school to explain about saving the environment, but the team thinks that she is the one stealing all the power. The eco-friendly expert uses special perfume she has to make boys like her, which puts Frank under her spell. The country's power levels are at a dangerous minimum and the team must help Raymond finish The Glove before it is too late. (en)

- Roman remains have been found at St Hope's. Archaeologists have uncovered remains from the Ninth Legion, who's disappearance was one of the greatest mysteries in the world.
