| - De titel Kabaka (ook: Kababa) wordt gedragen door de vorsten van Boeganda, een deelstaat van Oeganda. Kabaka betekent (vrij vertaald) koning. In de negentiende eeuw ging de kabaka samen met de elite van Boeganda over tot het protestantisme. Het kroningsceremonieel van de kabaka lijkt sterk op die van de Britse koning(in) en vindt plaats in de belangrijkste Anglicaanse Kathedraal van Kampala (Kampala is zowel de hoofdstad van Oeganda als van Boeganda). - Kabaka ist der Titel des Königs des Reiches Buganda, das innerhalb Ugandas liegt. Alternativer Titel des Kabaka ist Ssabataka. Das Reich Buganda wird traditionell durch zwei Könige regiert: durch ein rein spirituelles Wesen und einen Menschen. Der übernatürliche König, repräsentiert durch die königlichen Trommeln Mujaguzo, existiert immer unverändert und stellt somit sicher, dass es zu jeder Zeit einen König in Buganda gibt. - Kabaka is the title of the king of the Kingdom of Buganda. According to the traditions of the Baganda they are ruled by two kings, one spiritual and the other secular. The spiritual, or supernatural, king is represented by the Royal Drums, regalia called Mujaguzo and, as they always exist, the Buganda at any time will always have a king.
