| - Mezinárodní unie socialistické mládeže (anglicky International union of Socialists Youth; IUSY) je sdružením socialistických a sociálně demokratických mládežnických organizací z více než 100 zemí světa. IUSY je považována mládežnickou organizací Socialistické internacionály (SI), a však v současnoti IUSY žádným způsobem s SI nespolupracuje. Jedinou členskou organizací z České republiky jsou Mladí sociální demokraté. (cs)
- The International Union of Socialist Youth (IUSY) is an international organization, founded in 1907, whose activities include publications, support of member organizations and the organization of meetings. It was formed as the youth wing of the Second International under the name Socialist Youth International at the International Socialist Congress, Stuttgart 1907. IUSY now has 145 member organisations - including 122 full members and 23 observer members - from 106 countries. IUSY gained status as an international youth NGO with UN ECOSOC consultative status in 1993. (en)

Vanuit Nederland zijn de Jonge Socialisten in de PvdA hier lid van, vanuit België de Jongsocialisten en de Mouvement des Jeunes Socialistes. IUSY is actief op 5 continenten en telt op dit moment 155 lidorganisaties. Deze lidorganisaties tezamen hebben meer dan 5 miljoen leden en daarmee is IUSY de grootste wereldwijde jongerenorganisatie. - 国際社会主義青年同盟（IUSY International Union of Socialist Youth）は、世界100カ国の社会民主主義政党の青年部143団体が所属する青年政治団体。 日本からはかつて民社党全国青年部（解党・民社協会移行後に民社ユースに改称）と日本社会党青少年局が加盟（なお、社会党の加盟は冷戦終結後）していた。現在は社民党青年部が加盟している。2008年まで社会主義青年フォーラムが民社ユースの加盟権を承継する形で加盟していた。定期的に総会や会議が行われるほか、青年部のメンバー同士での交流が行われている。 なお社会主義青年インターナショナルと意訳される場合がある。 (ja)
