Sir Frederick Albert Minter GCVO JP FIStructE FCIOB (11 July 1887 – 12 July 1976) was a British civil engineer most notable for his restoration of St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle in the 1930s. He was involved in numerous groups and organisations, and was Governor of his alma mater, Framlingham College (1937–67).
