The Festival international de musique symphonique d'El Jem (Arabic: المهرجان الدولي للموسيقى السمفونية بالجم) is a symphonic music festival held every summer in the Tunisian town of El Jem since 1985. It is held in the El Jem amphitheater, built in the third century, with a capacity between 27,000 and 30,000 spectators. Since its inception, the festival has attracted many orchestras who come to give performances, including the , the Rome Philharmonic Orchestra, the Tunisian Symphony Orchestra, the Budapest Gypsy Symphony Orchestra for the first time in Africa and the Orchestra Sinfonica di Roma led by Francesco La Vecchia.

| - المهرجان الدولي للموسيقى السمفونية بالجم (بالإنجليزية: International Festival of Music Symfonica of El-Jem) مهرجان دولي تنضم فيه عروض الموسيقى السمفونية وموسيقى الحجرة والغوسبل منذ عام 1985 بمسرح الجم بمدينة الجم بولاية المهدية. أشار الأستاذ رمزي جنيح المدير التنفيذي للمهرجان الدولي بالجم للموسيقى السمفونية إلى أنّه تم ابرام اتفاقية شراكة تونسية إيطالية حيث تم تنصيب المايسترو فرانشيسكو لافيكيا قائد الأوركستر السمفوني بروما مديرا فنيا للمهرجان إلى غاية دورة 2016 وذلك يأتي في إطار العلاقات الثقافية بين تونس وإيطاليا. و أضاف إلى أنّ المايسترو لافيكيا بيّن أنه أدار عديد المهرجانات الموسيقية في إيطاليا و المكسيك وسيقوم خلال الفترة القادمة وحتى عام 2016 بالعمل على جعل المهرجان وجهة سياحية من خلال التعريف به والدعوة لحضور عروضه المتميزة.
