Alfons Alfred Zgrzebniok (also known by his codename Rakoczy; 16 August 1891 – 31 January 1937) was a Polish teacher, activist, and politician from Silesia. August 1919 als Kommandant dieser Organisation. Er führte die ersten beiden polnischen Aufstände in Oberschlesien an. Beim dritten Aufstand war er zunächst für die Rekrutierung in der Personalabteilung verantwortlich, danach wurde er Kommandant im Stab der 1. Division der Aufständischen. 1923 gründete er den (Verband der schlesischen Aufständischen). 1931 wurde er Woiwode in Białystok. 1937 verstarb er plötzlich an einer Herzkrankheit und wurde in Rybnik beigesetzt.
