The 2022 season is the Denver Broncos' 53rd in the National Football League (NFL), their 63rd overall, their second under the leadership of general manager George Paton and their first under new head coach Nathaniel Hackett. The Broncos attempt to improve on their 7–10 record from 2021 and attempt to make the playoffs for the first time since their 2015 Super Bowl-winning season, as they to land former Seattle Seahawks' quarterback Russell Wilson. However, injuries and poor offensive performances plagued the team. With a Week 13 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, the Broncos secured a sixth consecutive losing season. As of Week 13, the Broncos have scored 166 points, the fewest in the league.
