Vuit països participen en el Grup Mundial amb equips mixtos, una dona i un home. Per celebrar el 25è aniversari, aquesta edició es traslladà al nou de Perth, Austràlia, i es disputà entre el 29 de desembre de 2012 i el 5 de gener de 2013. Participan 8 equipos en total, representando a Serbia, Estados Unidos, Italia, España, Alemania, Sudáfrica, Francia y Australia. Hay 2 grupo, Grupo A y Grupo B en ambos grupos hay cuatro naciones que tendrá que jugar 3 partidos, estos partidos serán 1 individual hombre, 1 individual mujer y de ser necesario 1 dobles mixto. Ter gelegenheid van dit jubileum werd een nieuwe accommodatie in gebruik genomen: de Perth Arena. Dit toernooi bestaat uit wedstrijden in het damesenkelspel, herenenkelspel en gemengd dubbelspel. W dwudziestej piątej edycji imprezy udział wzięło osiem zespołów podzielonych na dwie grupy po cztery zespoły w każdej. Zwycięzcy grup awansowali do finału. Najwyżej rozstawionym zespołem była drużyna Serbii. W zawodach zwyciężyła drużyna Hiszpanii, która w finale pokonała Serbów wynikiem 2-1. (pl)

Událost s rozpočtem 1 000 000 australských dolarů se konala poprvé v perthské aréně na krytém dvorci se zatahovací střechou, na němž je položen tvrdý povrch. Turnaj se hrál v termínu od 29. prosince 2012 do 5. ledna 2013, jakožto první událost nové sezóny. Mezinárodní tenisová federace soutěž nazývá Oficiální mistrovství ITF smíšených družstev (Official Mixed Teams Championships of the ITF). (cs)

O torneio teve início em 29 de dezembro de 2012 na Perth Arena em Perth, Austrália. Oito equipes competiram pelo título, sendo divididos em dois grupos de 4 equipes cada, com a melhor equipe de cada grupo avançando para a final. A República Checa era até então o atual campeão.
