Stig von Bahr (born 26 June 1939) is a Swedish jurist and former judge at the European Court of Justice. Stig von Bahr has worked with the Justitieombudsman (Parliamentary Ombudsman) and in the Swedish Cabinet Office and the Ministries inter alia as assistant under-secretary in the Ministry of Finance. He was appointed Judge in the (kammarrätt) of Gothenburg in 1981 and Justice of the Supreme Administrative Court (Regeringsrätten) in 1985.
