The Town Hall (Dutch: ) of Oudenaarde, Belgium, was built by architect Hendrik van Pede in 1526–1537 to replace the medieval Schepenhuis (Aldermen's House) that occupied the same site. Another older structure, the 14th-century Cloth Hall, was retained and now forms a sort of extension at the back of the Town Hall proper. In 1999, the town hall was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List as part of the Belfries of Belgium and France site, because of its representation of the civic influence of the town and its architecture.

- Het stadhuis van Oudenaarde staat bekend als een schoolvoorbeeld van Brabantse laatgotiek. Het is opgetrokken op de plaats van het oude schepenhuis, waaraan de nu nog bestaande veertiende-eeuwse lakenhalle verbonden was. In 1525 was het oude schepenhuis in verval en de kans was groot dat het zou instorten. Noodgedwongen maar ook verlangend naar een nieuw, mooier en meer aangepast gebouw, ging het stadsbestuur op zoek naar een bouwmeester. Uiteindelijk viel de keuze op Hendrik van Pede uit Brussel, die het monumentale Oudenaardse stadhuis in tien jaar tijd optrok (1526-1536). (nl)
