Kesadaran akademis yang dilandasi oleh beban moral untuk menyelamatkan arsip sebagai bukti pertanggungjawaban nasional sekaligus sebagai warisan budaya bangsa, dapat menghindari hilangnya informasi sejarah perjalanan sebuah bangsa serta harkat sebagai bangsa yang berbudaya.
