Ptilothyris aglaocrossa is a moth in the family Lecithoceridae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1935. It is found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Katanga). The wingspan is about 21 mm. The forewings are dark purple fuscous with a moderate triangular yellow spot on the costa at three-fourths. The hindwings are blackish fuscous.
