Émile "Milou" Ntamack (born 25 June 1970) is a French former rugby union footballer. He played professionally for Stade Toulousain and France, winning 46 caps. Ntamack made his French debut against Wales during the 1994 Five Nations Championship. Ntamack was part of the Grand Slam winning sides in 1997. He was in the 1995 and 1999 World Cup squads. He initially announced his retirement in 2003 due to a facial injury, however he then stayed on for another year before retiring in 2004. His younger brother, Francis Ntamack was also capped by France. Ntamack coached the Espoirs team of the Stade Toulousain and the French U21 team which was the first Northern Hemisphere side to win the World Championships in this age category, held in the Auvergne in 2006.

Joueur, il a évolué aux postes d'arrière, d'ailier ou de centre au sein du Stade toulousain où il a fait toute sa carrière et a gagné plusieurs titres nationaux et européens. Après sa carrière de joueur, il en a entamé une d'entraîneur : il a notamment été entraîneur adjoint des trois-quarts pour le XV de France, équipe qu'il mène jusqu'en finale de la coupe du monde 2011, et de l'UBB, et s'occupe depuis 2017 des filières de jeunes au Stade toulousain. Il est surnommé « Milou » ou encore « la Panthère noire » en raison de sa couleur de peau et de sa foulée, souple et élégante. Son fils Romain, né en 1999, joue au Stade toulousain et en équipe de France depuis 2019. En 2021, ils deviennent le premier duo père-fils à avoir remporté la Coupe d'Europe.
