Juni 1847 in Lovere) gründete gemeinsam mit Bartholomäa Maria Capitanio die Ordensgemeinschaft der Suore di Carità delle Sante Bartolomea Capitanio e Vincenza Gerosa (Suore di Carità auch Suore di Maria Bambina). Vincenza Gerosa wurde die zweite Oberin der Gemeinschaft. In der römisch-katholischen Kirche wird sie als Heilige verehrt. (de)

Vincenza falleció en 1847. Fueron canonizadas por la Iglesia católica en 1950. El 28 de junio es el día de Santa Vincenza en el santoral católico.Junto a Bartolomea fueron declaradas santas patronas de la ciudad de Lovere. (es)

Gerosa met Capitanio in 1824 and the two consecrated themselves to God in the name of educating children and tending to the poor of the Bergamo area. Gerosa's canonization cause started under Pope Pius X on 4 December 1906 and Pope Pius XI later named her as Venerable in 1927. Gerosa was beatified under Pius XI in 1926 - alongside Capitanio - and Pope Pius XII later canonized the pair as saints in 1950. (en)

Mając 40 lat spotkała Bartłomieję Capitanio i razem z nią założyła zgromadzenie Sióstr Miłosierdzia, zwane Córkami Miłości. W dniu 26 lipca 1833 roku zmarła Capitanio. Po jej śmierci Gerosa kontynuowała plany z nowym zgromadzeniem. Zmarła 28 czerwca 1847 roku mając 62 lata w opinii świętości. Została beatyfikowana przez papieża Piusa XI w dniu 30 maja 1926 roku, a kanonizowana przez papieża Piusa XII w dniu 18 maja 1950 roku. (pl)
