Mit einer Kapazität von 16.085 Plätzen ist es das größte Amphitheater seiner Art im kalifornischen Orange County. Es wurde von Live Nation Entertainment geführt, 2016 geschlossen und abgerissen. The architecture was designed by Gin Wong Associates based in Los Angeles. The unique design of this venue was building it on a hillside creating a natural steep slope toward the stage. (en)
