- L'autorité de renouvellement urbain (ARU, 市區重建局, Urban Renewal Authority) est un organisme statutaire quasi gouvernemental du gouvernement de Hong Kong, responsable de l'accélération du renouvellement urbain. Elle est fortement controversée à Hong Kong car accusée de s'associer avec de grands promoteurs immobiliers pour démolir des rues ou quartiers anciens, notamment dans le cas de (en), (en) ou encore (en), afin de les remplacer par de grands centres commerciaux ou gratte-ciels résidentiels.
