- Tisquesusa, también llamado Thisquesuza, Thisquesusha, Thysquesuca o Tisquesusecha (†. 1537 Facatativá) fue el último psihipqua de Muyquytá según el orden tradicional de sucesión, y el penúltimo de facto. Gobernó durante veinticuatro años, desde 1514 hasta 1538, cuando fue asesinado por el soldado Alonso Domínguez, el cual desconocía su identidad. Sucedió en el trono a su tío, Nemequene, y fue sucedido por su hermano, Sagipa. Durante su gobierno llegaron los españoles a la Confederación Muisca, al mando del licenciado Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada. Tisquesusa es considerado el último Zipa legítimo, pues fue el último en ocupar el trono por vía de sucesión matrilineal, de tío a sobrino, como dictaba la tradición muisca. (es)

Tisquesusa was the ruler of the southern Muisca Confederation at the time of the Spanish conquest of the Muisca, when the troops led by Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada and his brother entered the central Andean highlands.
