Sir Syed Ali Imam, KCSI (11 February 1869 – 31 October 1932), also known as Sir Saiyid Ali Imam, was an Indian lawyer and political figure who served as Prime Minister of Hyderabad State. The son of Nawab Syed Imdad Imam and the brother of Syed Hasan Imam, he was called to the English bar by the Middle Temple in 1890. He was Law member of the Imperial Legislative Council and judge of Patna High Court. Imam served as President of Muslim League. He was knighted 1908. He offered to made Delhi, the National capital. His tomb is at Kokar Chowk in Hazaribagh road.
