- Serafim URECHEAN (naskiĝis la 2-an de februaro 1950 en Larga, distrikto Briceni, Moldavio, do nun 72-jara) estas moldavia politikisto. Ekde la jaro 2003 li gvidas la tiujare fonditan nacian liberalan partion Partia Alianco Nia Moldavio. De 1994 ĝis 2005 li krome estis la urbestro de Kiŝinevo. En la parlamenta baloto de la 28-a de novembro 2010 lia partio atingis nur 3,1 procentaĵojn de la voĉoj, malpli ol la necesaj 4 procentaĵoj por reprezentiĝi en la nacia parlamento, kaj do perdis la sep parlamentajn seĝojn kiun ĝi havis ĝis tiam. - Serafim Urechean (auch Urecheanu; * 2. Februar 1950 in , Rajon Briceni) ist ein moldauischer Politiker und ehemaliger Bürgermeister der Stadt Chișinău. Serafim Urechean hat zwei Kinder und zwei Enkelkinder. Er ist Mitglied des Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe (CLRAE). Urechean übernahm am 9. August 1994 als Nachfolger von Nicolae Costin das Amt des Bürgermeisters der Stadt Chișinău. Nach seinem Amtsantritt wurde durch sein Engagement der Kirchturm der Catedrala Nașterea Domnului wieder errichtet und die Kirche in ihrem ursprünglichen Aussehen wiederhergestellt. Im Nahverkehr eröffnete er neue Trolleybus-Linien und erhöhte die Kapazitäten bereits bestehender, wichtiger Linien, um die Stadtbezirke besser miteinander zu verbinden. Im Februar 1999 war er wenige Tage Regierungschef der Republik Moldau. 2005 trat er bei den moldauischen Parlamentswahlen in als Präsidentschaftskandidat der Wahlallianz an. Am 18. April 2005, im Vorfeld der Bürgermeisterwahlen vom 10. Juli 2005 in Chișinău, gab Serafim Urechean seinen Rücktritt als Bürgermeister bekannt. Seine Amtszeit endete am 20. April mit der formellen Amtsübergabe an seinen Nachfolger, den früheren Vize-Bürgermeister, Vasile Ursu. Nach seiner Zeit als Bürgermeister wurde er am 27. Juni 2005 Kopf der Parlamentsfraktion seiner Partei Alianța “Moldova Noastră” (AMN). Bei den Parlamentswahlen im April 2009 trat er erneut als Spitzenkandidat der AMN, dessen Vorsitzender er ist, an. Er beteiligte sich auch persönlich an den Kundgebungen gegen die kommunistische Regierung, der Wahlbetrug vorgeworfen wurde. (de)
- Serafim Urechean est un homme politique moldave, président du parti Alliance Notre Moldavie (AMN). Urechean est né le 2 février 1950 à (en) dans le raion de Briceni. En 1974, il obtient un diplôme de l'institut polytechnique de Chișinău et travaille comme ingénieur dans une entreprise de construction de Briceni entre 1976 et 1978. Il grimpe ensuite les rangs du parti communiste de la république socialiste soviétique de Moldavie : chef du département du développement industriel et des constructions, deuxième secrétaire du comité de raion du Parti à Briceni (entre 1978 et 1983). En 1985, il sort diplômé de l'école du parti de Léningrad en URSS. Il est secrétaire de raion du comité exécutif à Anenii Noi (1985-1987). Urechean devient ensuite président de la Fédération des syndicats indépendants de Moldavie entre 1987 et 1994. Il siège au Parlement de Moldavie entre 1990 et 1994. Le 9 août 1994, il est élu maire de Chișinău. Son mandat se termine en 2005 mais à cause de la faible participation des électeurs, le nouveau maire, Dorin Chirtoacă n'est élu qu'en juin 2007. Urechean a été premier ministre par intérim entre le 5 et le 17 février 1999. Il fonde son parti « Alliance Notre Moldavie » en 2003.
