- Sir Richard Siward (auch Suard, Sewad oder Syward; † um 1248) war ein englischer Ritter, Söldner und Höfling. Als Kriegsheld stieg er durch die Gunst eines mächtigen Schutzherrn aus einfachen Verhältnissen zu einem wohlhabenden Grundbesitzer auf. Nach dem Tod seines Gönners fehlte ihm später in den Machtkämpfen und Intrigen der damaligen Zeit diese Unterstützung, so dass er den Großteil seiner Besitzungen am Ende seines Lebens wieder verlor.
