Fue producido por Brand X y Dennis Mckay (también conocido como Dennis Mackay) y publicado por "Charisma Records" en 1977. El álbum es una fusión de Rock Progresivo y ritmos marroquíes. De hecho, el título es un juego de palabras entre "Moroccan Roll", es decir, "Rollo Marroquí", y "More Rock And Roll", o sea, "Más Rock And Roll", como lo demuestra el arte de tapa realizado por Hipgnosis, donde el álbum aparece acreditado como "Morrocan Roll". The album is mostly instrumental. "Sun in the Night" contains vocals sung by Brand X drummer Phil Collins in Sanskrit. "Disco Suicide" and "Maybe I'll Lend You Mine After All" also contain vocals, although they are wordless. (en)
