Joseph Harvey Wilson (October 7, 1810 – September 13, 1884) was Speaker of the North Carolina Senate from 1866 to 1867, and the final presiding officer to hold the title of "Speaker". He is the grandfather of George Edward Wilson Jr., who served as Mayor of Charlotte from 1929 to 1931.
