Guillermo Capobianco Ribera (6 June 1945 – 12 May 2020) was a Bolivian lawyer, writer and politician. He was Bolivia's Minister of the Interior from 6 August 1989 to 15 March 1991 during the government of President Jaime Paz Zamora and was also Bolivia's Minister of Housing and Urban Development from 13 April 1984 to 10 January 1985 during the second government of President Hernán Siles Suazo.
