- تُعد علامة هيئة الاتصالات الفيدرالية للمطابقة أو رُقْعَة هيئة الاتصالات الفيدرالية بمثابة شهادة تختم بها المنتجات الإلكترونية التي تُصنَع أو تُباع في الولايات المتحدة و مقتضاها أن التداخل الكهرومغناطيسي للأجهزة يقع دون الحدود التي توافقها هيئة الإتصالات الفيدرالية. توضع العلامة أيضًا على المنتجات التي تباع خارج الولايات المتحدة و ذلك إما لكونها قد صُنعت داخل الولايات المتحدة وتم تصديرها للخارج أو لكونها تباع داخل وخارج الولايات المتحدة مما يجعل علامة الهيئة معروفة عالميًا حتى بالنسبة لمن لا يعلمون ما هي هيئة الاتصالات الفيدرالية. كان يتوجب سابقًا أن تُختم المنتجات المصنفة ضمن القسم 15 أو 18 من لوائح الهيئة. و لكن بدءًا من نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2017 أصبحت هذه العلامة اختيارية ولكن يجب أن تكون المنتجات مصحوبة بعلامة المطابقة الخاصة بالمصنع. - The FCC logo or the FCC mark is a voluntary mark employed on electronic products manufactured or sold in the United States which indicates that the electromagnetic radiation from the device is below the limits specified by the Federal Communications Commission and the manufacturer has followed the requirements of the Supplier's Declaration of Conformity authorization procedures. The FCC label is found even on products sold outside the US territory, because they are either products manufactured in the US and had been exported, or they are also sold in the US. This makes the FCC label recognizable worldwide even to people to whom the name of the agency is not familiar. Formerly, devices classified under part 15 or part 18 of the FCC regulations were required to be labelled with the FCC mark, but in November 2017 the mark was made optional. Devices must still be accompanied by a Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (FCC Declaration of Conformity). The responsible party for the Supplier's Declaration of Conformity must be located within the United States. (en)
- Il marchio FCC è un marchio di certificazione utilizzato su prodotti elettronici fabbricati o venduti negli Stati Uniti che certifica che l'interferenza elettromagnetica dal dispositivo rispetta i limiti approvati dalla Commissione federale per le comunicazioni (in inglese Federal Communications Commission, da cui la sigla FCC). Il marchio FCC si trova anche su prodotti venduti al di fuori del territorio degli Stati Uniti, perché sono prodotti fabbricati negli Stati Uniti ed esportati o venduti anche negli Stati Uniti. In passato, i dispositivi classificati ai sensi della parte 15 o della parte 18 del regolamento FCC dovevano essere etichettati obbligatoriamente con il marchio FCC, ma a partire da novembre 2017 il marchio è stato reso facoltativo. I dispositivi devono comunque essere accompagnati da una dichiarazione di conformità del fornitore. La Commissione Federale per le Comunicazioni ha stabilito i regolamenti sulle interferenze elettromagnetiche ai sensi della parte 15 delle norme FCC nel 1975. Dopo diversi emendamenti nel corso degli anni, questi regolamenti sono stati ricostituiti come dichiarazioni di conformità e procedure di certificazione nel 1998. (it)
