The Cornish language revival (Cornish: dasserghyans Kernowek, lit. ''resurrection of Cornish'') is an ongoing process to revive the use of the Cornish language of Cornwall, England. The Cornish language's disappearance began to hasten during the 13th century, but its decline began with the spread of Anglo-Saxon in the 4th and 5th centuries. The last reported person to have full knowledge of a traditional form of Cornish, John Davey, died in 1891. The revival movement started in the late 19th century as a result of antiquarian and academic interest in the language, which was already extinct, and also as a result of the Celtic revival movement. In 2009, UNESCO changed its classification of Cornish from "extinct" to "critically endangered", seen as a milestone for the revival of the language.

  • Is próiseas leanúnach é Athbheochan na Coirnise (Coirnis: Dasserghyans Kernewek, lit. aiséirí na Coirnise) chun úsáid na Coirnise i gCorn na Breataine a athbheochan. Thosaigh an Choirnis ag dul i léig le linn an 13ú haois, ach thosaigh a meath le scaipeadh na hAngla-Shacsainise (An tSean-Bhéarla) sa 4ú haois agus sa 5ú haois. D’éag an duine deireanach a tuairiscíodh a raibh eolas iomlán aige ar fhoirm thraidisiúnta na Coirnise, John Davey, sa bhliain 1891. Cuireadh tús le gluaiseacht na hathbheochana i ndeireadh an 19ú haois mar thoradh ar spéis san ársaíocht agus spéis acadúil sa teanga, a bhí imithe in éag cheana féin, agus freisin mar thoradh ar ghluaiseacht na hathbheochana ceiltí. Sa bhliain 2009, d’athraigh Eagraíocht Oideachais, Eolaíochta agus Chultúir na Náisiún Aontaithe (EOECNA ) a rangú ar an gCoirnis ó “díofa” go “i mbaol criticiúil”, a fheictear mar ócáid chinniúnach d’athbheochan na teanga.
