- الورم الغدي متعدد الأشكال هو ورم حميد من أورام الغدة اللعابية الشائعة، يتميز بتكاثر ورَمي في الخلايا الغديّة البرانشيمية، بالإضافة إلى مكونات ظِهاريّة عضليّة .مع وجود احتمالية التحول إلى ورم خبيث. هو الورم الأكثر شهرة من أورام الغدة اللعابية وهو ورم الغدة النكافية الأكثر شهرةّ كذلك، تم إطلاق هذا الأسم على الورم لتعدد أشكاله المعمارية (مظاهر متنوعة) التي تم رؤيتها بالمجهر الضوئي ، كما ويُعرف "بالورم المختلط "، نوع الغدة اللعابية الذي يصف تعدد أشكال الورم الذي يعود السبب فيه إلى أصله الثنائي المكون من عناصر ظِهارية و ظِهارية عضلية. - Das pleomorphe Adenom ist ein gutartiger Tumor, der häufig in der Ohrspeicheldrüse (Parotis), seltener in anderen Speicheldrüsen auftritt. Mit einem Anteil von 85 % ist es die häufigste gutartige Neoplasie der Speicheldrüsen und macht etwa die Hälfte aller Speicheldrüsentumoren insgesamt aus. Pleomorphe Adenome wachsen langsam und bleiben lange asymptomatisch. Therapie der Wahl ist die chirurgische Entfernung des Tumors, mit der sich eine definitive Heilung erzielen lässt. Verbleiben allerdings Tumorreste im Körper, so können hartnäckige Rezidive die Folge sein. Darüber hinaus kann es zur Entstehung eines malignen Tumors innerhalb eines pleomorphen Adenoms kommen, wobei das Risiko zu Anfang gering ist und erst mit der Zeit wächst. (de)
