- Bletterbach je potok a rokle mezi jihotyrolskými obcemi Aldein (Aldino) a Radein. Potok pramení u Weißhornu (2 317 m n. m.) v rokli, která je také označována jako Grand Canyon jižních Tyrol a vznikla přibližně před 15 000 lety (v době ledové). Je asi 8 km dlouhá a 400 m hluboká. V horninách Dolomitů zde bylo objeveno velké množství fosílií. Erozní činnost potoka vedla nejen ke vzniku rokle, která odkryla neporušený profil horninami vzniklými v průběhu 35 milionů let (275-240), ale vytvořila také řadu , které připomínají obličeje a jsou proto oblíbeným fotografickým motivem. V části rokle byl zřízen geopark a byla zpřístupněna turistům. (cs)
- The Bletterbach (in italian: Rio delle Foglie, literally "stream of the leaves") is a stream in South Tyrol, Italy. The Bletterbach is cutting through deposits of the Lower Permian to the Upper Anis, namely the Bolzano Quartz Porphyry (~272 Ma), the , which is famous for its fossil footprints, the , the Werfen Formation and the Contrin Formation (or Sarldolomite) of which the top of the Weißhorn consists. The rocks in the Bellerophon Formation contain evaporites and show transgression. The stratigraphically lower sediments have evidence of terrigenous influence, while the upper sediments were mainly formed in a marine environment. (en)
- Der Bletterbach ist ein Bach auf dem Gebiet der Regglberger Gemeinde Aldein in Südtirol. Er bildet am Fuß des 2317 m hohen Weißhorns die Bletterbachschlucht, die auch als „Grand Canyon Südtirols“ bezeichnet wird. Die Schlucht entstand vor ca. 15.000 Jahren in der Eiszeit, ist ungefähr 8 km lang und 400 m tief. Bekannt ist sie für die zahlreichen Fossilienfunde und die diversen Dolomit-Gesteinsschichten. An ihrem unteren Ausgang mündet der Bletterbach bei der Ortschaft Holen in den Schwarzenbach. Die Bletterbachschlucht ist Teil des UNESCO-Weltnaturerbe Dolomiten. Die besten Zugangspunkte sind das Besucherzentrum in der Örtlichkeit Lerch und die Ortschaft Radein. (de)
