- Andorra Telecom is the only operator of fixed telephony, mobile telephony, subscription television and internet in the Principality of Andorra, constituting a monopoly in the field of telecommunications in the principality. It is a public company and is owned by the Government of Andorra. It is also the company in charge of managing the technical infrastructures of digital terrestrial television broadcasting in Andorra, in charge of taking both the national television channels and some Spanish and French DTT channels to the whole territory. It also has an agreement with the Spanish company Telefónica to offer the Spanish pay channel platform Movistar Plus+ in Andorra. In October 2018, it had 38,464 fixed telephone lines contracted, 81,697 mobile telephone lines and 34,624 Internet lines, all of them through FTTH, being a pioneer country in which all citizens have access to the Internet through optical fiber. The company is managed by a Board of Directors with responsibility before the General Council of Andorra for the management, direction and representation of the service, and the administration and disposal of its assets and resources. Es también la empresa encargada de la gestión de las infraestructuras técnicas de radiodifusión de televisión digital terrestre de Andorra, encargados de llevar a todo el territorio tanto los canales de televisión nacionales como algunos canales de la TDT española y francesa. También tiene un acuerdo con la empresa española Telefónica para ofrecer en Andorra la plataforma de canales de pago española Movistar Plus+ bajo el nombre comercial de SomTV. En octubre de 2018, contaba con 38 464 líneas de teléfono fijo contratadas, 81 697 líneas de telefonía móvil y 34 624 líneas de Internet, todas ellas a través de FTTH, siendo un país pionero en el que todos los ciudadanos tienen acceso a Internet a través de fibra óptica. La empresa está administrada por un Consejo de Administración con responsabilidad ante el Consejo General de Andorra en la gestión, dirección y representación del servicio, y la administración y disposición de sus bienes y recursos.

Cela a été fait le 30 juin pour les paroisses centrales et les plus peuplées puis a été étendue au reste du territoire le 31 décembre. Daarnaast beheert het bedrijf de technische infrastructuur van alle radio- en televisiezenders, die tegenwoordig in het hele land al op digitaal formaat beschikbaar zijn. Naast het uitzenden van de kanalen van RTVA, de Andorrese publieke omroep, geeft het bedrijf ook enkele Spaanse en Franse kanalen door. Bovendien heeft het een overeenkomst met het Spaanse bedrijf waardoor het pakket van betaaltelevisie van ook in het prinsdom verkrijgbaar is. In 2014 verzorgde het bedrijf 48.012 vaste telefoonaansluitingen, 64.043 mobiele aansluitingen en 27.925 breedbandaansluitingen. 57% van deze breedbandaansluitingen loopt via Glasvezelkabels.
