- Das Ameghino Gully ist eine rinnenartige Schlucht an der Nordenskjöld-Küste des Grahamlands auf der Antarktischen Halbinsel. Sie verläuft in ost-westlicher Ausrichtung durch die Felsausläufer auf der Westseite der Longing-Halbinsel. Der Name der Schlucht, im Jahr 1990 vergeben durch das UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee, leitet sich ab von der unweit gelegenen argentinischen Schutzhütte Refugio Ameghino. Deren Namensgeber ist der argentinische Geologe und Anthropologe Florentino Ameghino (1854–1911). (de)
- Ameghino Gully (64°28′S 58°38′W / 64.467°S 58.633°W) is a gully running east–west through the outcrops on the west side of Longing Peninsula, Nordenskjold Coast, Antarctica. The name derives from Refugio Ameghino, the Argentine refuge situated on the southwest side of Longing Gap and named in turn after Florentino Ameghino, Argentine geologist and anthropologist. Named by the United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 1990. (en)
