- The 2021 OFC Champions League was originally to be the 20th edition of the Oceanian Club Championship, Oceania's premier club football tournament organized by the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC), and the 15th season under the current OFC Champions League name. The tournament, which would usually be played in the first half of the year, were originally postponed to start no earlier than 1 July due to border closures throughout the Pacific caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. On 4 June 2021, the OFC announced that the tournament had been cancelled, and no champions would be awarded for the second season in a row. The OFC representative at the 2021 FIFA Club World Cup in Japan, which would originally be the winners of the 2021 OFC Champions League, was confirmed to be Auckland City on 3 August 2021 following a decision by the OFC Executive Committee, based on sporting merit principles which took into consideration the final placing of every member association's national league champion and runner-up in each OFC Champions League between 2016 and 2020, with the results combined to determine an overall ranking, and applied to the clubs nominated by their member association as the champion or runner-up from their respective national leagues to qualify for the 2021 OFC Champions League. However, on 31 December 2021, FIFA announced that Auckland City had withdrawn from the competition due to the COVID-19 pandemic and related quarantine measures required by the New Zealand authorities. As a result, AS Pirae were nominated as the OFC's representative in their place. Hienghène Sport, having won the title in 2019, were the title holders, since the 2020 edition was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the title was not awarded. However, they failed to qualify for the tournament. (en)
- La Liga de Campeones de la OFC 2021, iba a ser la 20.ª edición del máximo torneo de fútbol a nivel de clubes de Oceanía. Hubiera sido la quinta vez que contaba con 16 equipos en la fase de grupos y la cuarta vez que contaba con ocho equipos en la fase de eliminación directa. Por primera vez en la historia los tres miembros asociados (Kiribati, Niue y Tuvalu) se hubieran incluido en las competiciones de la OFC a partir de 2021. Sin embargo, el 3 de marzo de 2021, la OFC le revocó la membresía a Niue debido a su larga inactividad. El ganador de esta edición hubiera jugado en el Mundial de Clubes 2021. El torneo fue oficialmente cancelado, por segundo año consecutivo, debido a la pandemia de COVID-19 y el cierre de fronteras en el pacífico. OFC는 2021년 8월 3일 개최된 집행위원회의 결정에 따라, 원래 2021 OFC 챔피언스리그 우승팀이 참가해야 할 2021년 FIFA 클럽 월드컵에, 2016년부터 2020년까지의 성적이 가장 뛰어난 오클랜드 시티가 대표로 참가하는 것으로 확정지었다. 2019 시즌 우승팀인 는 2020 시즌이 코로나19 범유행으로 취소되며 디펜딩 챔피언 자격을 유지했지만, 결선 토너먼트 진출에 실패하였다. Em junho de 2021 a OFC anunciou o cancelamento do torneio devido as restrições e fechamentos de fronteiras impostas pela Pandemia de COVID-19. (pt)
- OFC Champions League 2021 var ursprungligen den 20:e säsongen av Oceaniens klubbmästerskap, Oceaniens främsta klubblagsfotbollsturnering som anordnas av OFC och den 15:e säsongen under sitt nuvarande namn (OFC Champions League). För första gången hade associerade OFC-medlemmar (Kiribati, Tuvalu samt Niue innan de uteslöts som associerade medlem på grund av inaktivitet) inkluderats i turneringen. Turneringen som vanligtvis spelas under första halvåret, sköts först upp till att starta tidigast den 1 juli, detta på grund av gränsstängningar i hela oceanien som orsakats av coronaviruspandemin. Den 4 juni 2021 meddelade OFC att turneringen ställs in, för andra året i rad, och ingen mästare kommer utses. Eftersom ingen turnering spelades, kvalificerade sig inget lag för klubblags-VM 2021 i Japan, OFC nominerad Auckland City från Nya Zeeland som representant i tävlingen. (sv)
