- The 2020 French Athletics Championships was the 132nd edition of the national championship in outdoor track and field for France. It was held on 12–13 September at Stadium Municipal d'Albi in Albi. A total of 36 events (divided evenly between the sexes) were contested over the two-day competition. The combined track and field events were held separately on 19–20 September at the in Aubagne. On 3 April the French Athletics Federation declared that the competition would be postponed from its original setting in Angers from 19–21 June, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event was broadcast live on television via L'Équipe. , , Bouabdellah Tahri and Jimmy Vicaut provided commentary and analysis. (en)
- Les Championnats de France d'athlétisme « Élite » 2020 se déroulent du 12 au 13 septembre 2020, au Stadium municipal d'Albi, qui accueille pour la quatrième fois cette compétition, après 2008, 2011 et 2018. Il s'agit également du centenaire de la création de la FFA. Le 3 avril, la Fédération française d'athlétisme annonce que l'édition qui devait avoir lieu à Angers du 19 au 21 juin est reportée ultérieurement, en raison de la Pandémie de Covid-19. 36 épreuves figurent au programme de cette compétition (18 masculines et 18 féminines). Les épreuves combinées (décathlon et heptathlon) se déroulent les 19 et 20 septembre 2020 au Stade de Lattre-de-Tassigny à Aubagne. (fr)
