The 1994 All-Ireland Junior Hurling Championship was the 73rd staging of the All-Ireland Junior Championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1912. The championship began on 11 May 1994 and ended on 17 July 1994. Clare entered the championship as the defending champions, however, they were beaten by Cork in the Munster final.
