Edward Clinton Ezell (7 Nov 1939, Indianapolis, Indiana – 23 Dec 1993, Northern Virginia) was an American author and professor who served as National Firearms Collection curator at the National Museum of American History, administered by the Smithsonian Institution. He was also founding Director of the Institute for Research on Small Arms in International Security.

Er publizierte in den Themengebieten Weltraumforschung und Waffentechnik. Von 1972 bis 1974 war er in Singapur der Vizepräsident des Waffenhandelunternehmens Interarms Asia. Ezell kam 1974 als Historiker zur NASA. Er publizierte dort unter anderem über das Apollo-Sojus-Test-Projekt und die Marserkundung. 1980 wurde er Historiker des Johnson Space Centers. Edward Clinton Ezell starb mit 54 Jahren an Nierenkrebs. (de)
