In Buddhism, a śikṣamāṇā (Sanskrit; Pali: sikkhamānā; traditional Chinese: 式叉摩那; ; pinyin: shìchāmónà; Thai: สิกขมานา; RTGS: Sikkhamana) is a female novice trainee.
