- You Got the Silver („Du hast das Silber“) ist eine sehr an Blues- und Country-Musik orientierte Ballade des Autorenteams Jagger/Richards. Sie erschien erstmals interpretiert von der britischen Rockgruppe The Rolling Stones 1969 auf deren Album Let It Bleed. Das Stück hebt sich von den vielen weiteren Songs der Rolling Stones dadurch ab, dass es die erste Aufnahme der Stones war, bei der der Gitarrist der Band, Keith Richards, alleine den Hauptgesang übernahm. Zuvor hatte Richards mit Jagger gemeinsam zwei Songs gesungen ( und ; die jeweiligen Schlusssongs der Alben Between the Buttons und Beggars Banquet). (de)

You Got the Silver est joué dans le film Zabriskie Point de Michelangelo Antonioni mais n'a pas été retenue pour la bande originale du film, Michelangelo Antonioni préférant privilégier le groupe de rock Pink Floyd dont l'univers musical colle mieux avec la thématique du film. Cette chanson a été interprétée en concert pour la première fois lors de la tournée No Security Tour en 1999. Keith Richards l'a à nouveau chantée pour lors de la tournée A Bigger Bang en en musique. Låten är skriven av bandmedlemmarna Keith Richards och Mick Jagger och finns med på studioalbumet Let It Bleed från 1969. I låten finns inslag av både gammal amerikansk blues och countrymusik. "You Got the Silver" är den första låten där Keith Richards sjunger huvudstämman helt ensam. Han hade tidigare sjungit några rader på låtarna "Something Happened to Me Yesterday" och "Salt of the Earth". En version med Mick Jagger som sångare spelades också in, men släpptes aldrig officiellt. Den har dock läckt som bootleg. Det var även den sista låt där gruppmedlemmen Brian Jones medverkar.
