- Xenarc (en llatí Xenarchus, en grec antic Ξέναρχος) fou un aqueu enviat a Roma per la Lliga Aquea com a ambaixador amb el propòsit de renovar l'aliança amb els romans i controlar els progressos de les negociacions referides a Lacedemònia. Va signar un document sobre el tema que li va presentar Flaminí, segons diu Polibi. Després va trobar mitjans per entrar en contracte amb el rei Perseu de Macedònia, mentre era estrateg de la Lliga, l'any 174 aC. (ca)
- Jenarco fue un general griego de la Liga Aquea en la Antigua Grecia, que sirvió sólo durante un año: 175-174 a. C.. Jenarco fue enviado a Roma como embajador por los aqueos, con el propósito de renovar su alianza con los romanos, y de supervisar el progreso de las negociaciones con referencia a los Lacedemonios. Sorprendió al fijar su firma al acuerdo sobre este último tema, a sugerencia de Tito Quincio Flaminino. Encontró medios para entrar en relaciones amistosas con Perseo de Macedonia y fue entonces, cuando era general de los aqueos (174 a. C.), que Perseo consiguió presentar su carta sobre los esclavos fugitivos de los aqueos ante la asamblea. (es)
- Xenarchus or Xenarchos (Ancient Greek: Ξέναρχος) was a Greek general of the Achaean League in Ancient Greece who served only for a year from 175–174 BC. Xenarchus was sent to Rome as an ambassador by the Achaeans, for the purpose of renewing their alliance with the Romans, and of superintending the progress of the negotiations with reference to the Lacedaemonians. He was surprised into affixing his signature to the agreement drawn up on the latter subject at the suggestion of Flamininus. He found means to enter into friendly relations with Perseus of Macedon and it was when he was general of the Achaeans (174 BC), that Perseus got his letter about the runaway slaves of the Achaeans laid before the assembly. His brother was three times strategos in 184/83, 172/71 and 171/70 BC. (en)
