- El Front Obrer Camperol Estudiantil i Popular (FOCEP) (en castellà: Frente Obrero Campesino Estudiantil y Popular, FOCEP) és un partit polític del Perú, establert inicialment com una aliança política. Va ser fundat com un front ampli el 1977 entorn a , al , al Partit Comunista Peruà - Bandera Roja de Saturnino Paredes i al . El FOCEP va participar en les eleccions constituents de 1978 i va obtenir 12 dels 100 escons. Després, el grup es va convertir en un partit, però només amb el grup entorn de Ledesma. Va participar en les eleccions de 1980, i després en les eleccions de 1985 i de 1990 en aliança amb EU dins de la seva llista. Manté bones relacions amb el Partit del Treball de Corea. L'any 1992 va signar la Declaració de Pionyang, durant el 80è aniversari de Kim Il-sung. (ca)

Fue fundado como un frente amplio en 1977 en torno a Genaro Ledesma Izquieta, al Partido Socialista de los Trabajadores, al Partido Comunista Peruano (Marxista-Leninista) y al Partido Obrero Marxista Revolucionario. El FOCEP participó en las elecciones constituyentes de 1978 y obtuvo 12 de los 100 escaños. Luego el grupo se convirtió en un partido, pero solo con el grupo en torno a Ledesma. Participó en las elecciones de 1980, y luego en las elecciones de 1985 y de 1990 en alianza con la IU dentro de su lista. Mantiene buenas relaciones con el Partido de los Trabajadores de Corea. En 1992 firmó la Declaración de Pionyang, durante el 80° aniversario de Kim Il-sung.

It was founded as a broad front in 1977 by a group around Genaro Ledesma Izquieta, Socialist Workers Party, Peruvian Communist Party (Red Flag) and Revolutionary Marxist Workers Party. FOCEP participated in the elections in 1978. It later converted itself into a party, but only with the group around Ledesma. It participated in the 1980 elections alone, and on IU lists in 1985 and 1990. It maintains good relations with the Workers' Party of Korea of the DPRK and has signed the 1992 Pyongyang Declaration.

- Frente Obrero Campesino Estudiantil y Popular (afgekort: FOCEP, vrij vertaald: Front voor Arbeiders, Boeren, Studenten en (het) Volk) is een politieke partij in Peru, die aanvankelijk werd opgericht als een politieke alliantie. In 1977 werd het als breed front opgericht rondom de persoon met de , de en de . Een jaar later behaalde het 12 van de 100 zetels tijdens de Constituerende Congresverkiezingen van 1978. Later werd de alliantie omgezet in een partij, echter alleen met de groep rond Ledesma. Als partij deed het vervolgens mee aan de algemene verkiezingen van 1980 en vervolgens in de alliantie van tijdens de verkiezingen van 1985 en van van 1990. De partij onderhoudt goede banden met de Noord-Koreaanse Arbeiderspartij. In 1992 ondertekende het de Verklaring van Pyongyang, tijdens de 80e verjaardag van Kim Il-sung. (nl)
