Situé à Pittsburgh, en Pennsylvanie, ce large panneau d'affichage animé publicisait la Westinghouse Electric Company. Il a été connu en raison du nombre en apparence infini (en réalité 90!) de combinaisons selon lesquelles ses éléments lumineux individuels semblaient s'allumer.
