- Watamula es un cala (pequeña bahía) en el extremo norte de la isla caribeña de Curazao, en las Antillas Menores. El Punto más occidental de la isla, llamado Westpunt, y la cercana localidad del mismo nombre, se encuentran a solo dos kilómetros hacia el suroeste. Posee un gran hoyo que a veces hace que el lugar sea llamado "el aliento de Curazao". (es)
- Watamula is located at the westernmost point, Westpunt of the Caribbean island of Curaçao in the Netherlands Antilles The name Watamula comes from the Dutch word Watermolen which means “water mill.” The name refers to the two currents which meet 40 ft under Cliff Villa Peninsula. Two currents stir the nutrients in the waters making it the premium diving location on the island. On the north-most point of Watamula is a coral rock peninsula that is host to the powerful force of the waves that blow out of the porous tunnel system in the rocks like sea geysers. (en)
- Watamula is het noordelijkste gedeelte van Bandabou op het eiland Curaçao. Volgens de lokale bevolking is dit de plaats waar het eiland "ademt" . Dit komt doordat de rotsen en overgebleven resten van het koraal poreus zijn en de lucht door de golven uit het gesteente wordt geblazen. Voor de kust van Watamula ligt een van de mooiste riffen van Curaçao. Hier komen in een inham bijeen drie zeestromingen, waaraan de naam Watamula (als afgeleide van het Nederlands woord watermolen) is ontleend. Aangrenzend ligt het nationaal park Shete Boka, wat te bereiken is via de weg naar Westpunt. Een klein stuk zuidelijker ligt het Westpunt van het eiland en het gelijknamige vissersdorpje. (nl)
