- فويادين بوبوفيتش (بالصربية: Вујадин Поповић) (14 مارس 1957، بوبوفيتشي، جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الاشتراكية) هو مُجرم حرب صرب بوسني، شارك في الحرب في البوسنة والهرسك وأدين بارتكاب جرائم الإبادة الجماعية والإبادة و القتل و الاضطهاد وحُكم عليه بالسجن مدى الحياة. كان بوبوفيتش عسكريا برُتبة مُقدم ورئيسا للأمن في فيلق درينا في جيش جمهورية صرب البوسنة. في عام 1995، كان حاضرا وفي الخدمة في المناطق التي تقع تحت لواء فيلق درينا، وهي مناطق سربرنيتسا ودونيي بوتوتشاري وزفورنيك. اتهمت المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة بوبوفيتش بتُهمة الإبادة الجماعية والتآمر لارتكاب إبادة جماعية والإبادة والقتل والاضطهاد والنقل القسري والترحيل. ويُزعم أن هذه الجرائم وقعت بين يوليو ونوفمبر 1995. في 26 مارس 2002، أصدرت المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة لائحة اتهام ضده لضُلوعه في مذبحة سربرينيتشا. سلم نفسه ونُقل إلى لاهاي في 14 أبريل 2005. بعد أربعة أيام، ظهر في المحكمة وناشد بأنه «غير مذنب». في 10 يونيو 2010، أصدرت الدائرة الابتدائية حُكماً بأنه كان حاضراً مع قوات صرب البوسنة في بوتوتشاري في 12 يوليو وكان على علم بالعدد الكبير من الرجال من بين آلاف المسلمين البوشناق الذين تجمعوا في بوتوتشاري في ذلك اليوم. واقتنعت الدائرة الابتدائية بما لا يدع مجالا للشك بأن بوبوفيتش ضالع تماما في تنظيم عملية القتل التي جرت في منطقة زفورنيك. ووجدت الدائرة الابتدائية أن بوبوفيتش كان عضوا في اللجنة الإجرامية المشتركة (JCE) لقتل الذكور من المسلمين البوشناق في سريبرينيتسا، وأنه شارك في تلك اللجنة بقصد الاضطهاد. وقد أُدين بالإبادة الجماعية والإبادة والقتل والاضطهاد وحُكم عليه بالسجن مدى الحياة. في 8 سبتمبر 2010، قدم الدفاع والادعاء إشعاراتهما بالاستئناف. وافقت دائرة الاستئناف على طلب الدفاع لتغيير ترتيب الحجج في موجز الاستئناف. في 30 يناير 2015 حُكم عليه بالسجن مدى الحياة. März 1957 in Popovići, Jugoslawien) war im Bosnienkrieg Oberstleutnant der Armee der bosnischen Serben und als solcher Sicherheitsoffizier des Drina-Corps. Er war am Massaker von Srebrenica beteiligt und wurde 2010 vom Internationalen Strafgerichtshof für das ehemalige Jugoslawien in Den Haag zu lebenslanger Haft verurteilt. (de)

También fue teniente coronel y Jefe de Seguridad del Cuerpo Drina del Ejército de la República Srpska. En 1995, estuvo presente y de turno en la zona de responsabilidad del Cuerpo Drina, el cual incluía las ciudades de Srebrenica, Potočari, Bratunac y Zvornik. El Tribunal Penal Internacional para la ex Yugoslavia acusó a Vujadin Popović por genocidio, conspiración para cometer genocidio, exterminio, asesinato, persecuciones, traslado forzoso, y deportación. Estos delitos presuntamente tuvieron lugar entre julio y noviembre de 1995. El 26 de marzo de 2002, el TPIY emitió una acusación en su contra por su rol en la Masacre de Srebrenica. Se entregó y fue enviado a La Haya el 14 de abril de 2005. Cuatro días después, apareció en la corte y se declaró "no culpable". El 10 de junio de 2010, la Sala de Primera Instancia dio un veredicto, que afirmaba que él estuvo presente junto con el Ejército serbobosnio en Potočari el 12 de julio y era consciente del gran número de personas de sexo masculino entre los miles de bosníacos reunidos en Potočari en aquel día. La Sala de Primera Instancia se mostró satisfecha más allá de toda duda razonable que Popović estaba plenamente comprometido en la organización de la operación de asesinato que se llevó a cabo en la ciudad de Zvornik. Le 10 juin 2010, il fut reconnu coupable par le Tribunal pénal international pour l'ex-Yougoslavie de génocide, crimes contre l'humanité et violation des lois et coutumes de la guerre, en grande partie grâce au témoignage de Srecko Acimovic. Il fut condamné à la prison à vie. Son cas a été jugé en appel. Le 30 janvier 2015, la Chambre d'appel du TPIY rendit son jugement :a condamnation de Vujadin Popovic est confirmée pour génocide, crimes contre l'humanité et violation des lois et coutumes de la guerre. - Vujadin Popović (14 March 1957, Popovići, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina) is a Bosnian Serb war criminal, who participated in the War in Bosnia and Herzegovina and was convicted of genocide, extermination, murder and persecution and sentenced to life in prison. He was Lieutenant Colonel and the Chief of Security of the Drina Corps of the Army of Republika Srpska. In 1995, he was present and on duty in the Drina Corps zone of responsibility, which included Srebrenica, Potocari, Bratunac and Zvornik. The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia indicted Vujadin Popović for genocide, conspiracy to commit genocide, extermination, murder, persecutions, forcible transfer, and deportation. These crimes allegedly took place between July and November 1995. On 26 March 2002, the ICTY issued an indictment against him for his role in the Srebrenica Massacre.After a while he decided to surrender and he was transferred to The Hague on 14 April 2005. Four days later, he appeared in the chamber and pleaded "not guilty". On 10 June 2010, the Trial Chamber brought a verdict that he was present with the Bosnian Serb forces in Potočari on 12 July and was aware of the large number of men among the thousands of Bosnian Muslims gathered at Potočari on that day. The Trial Chamber was satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that Popović was fully engaged in the organisation of the killing operation being carried out in the Zvornik area. The Trial Chamber found that Popović was a member of the Joint criminal enterprise (JCE) to murder the Bosnian Muslim males of Srebrenica, and that he participated in that JCE with persecutory intent. He was convicted of genocide, extermination, murder and persecution and sentenced to life in prison. On 8 September 2010 the defence and the prosecution filed their notices of appeal. The Appeals Chamber granted the defence request to vary the order of arguments in the appeal brief. On 30 January 2015 he was sentenced to life imprisonment. In 2020, his request for early release was denied. (en)
