Vjekoslav Vrdoljak (born 28 August 1954, in Zagreb) is a Croatian cinematographer, son of film director Antun Vrdoljak. Vrdoljak had studied philosophy and comparative literature at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences before graduating from the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Arts' cinematography department in 1981. At first he worked as a photo reporter and then moved on to filmmaking, assisting other cinematographers. His first major work was his father's 1988 film The Glembays.
