- شبكة فيستا هي بوابة سهلة الوصول من خلال (نظام إبقاء سجلات الزبون المحوسب)، واجهة المستخدم البيانية لأنظمة معلومات صحة المحاربين وتكنولوجيا الهندسة المعمارية (فيستا)، المستخدمة في جميع أنحاء (VA) النظام الطبي (معروف باسم (VHA)).هذه البوابة طُبّقت في كافة أنحاء نظام (VA)، مما يتيح لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية في مرافق وزارة شؤون المحاربين القدامى البعيدة لعرض السجلات الموجودة ضمن نظام فيستا للسجل الصحي الإلكتروني في وسيلة الزبون الأساسية.كما أنشأت أصلاً، أنظمة صحة المحاربين القدامى لديها 21 أنظمة بيانات إقليميّة (VISN)، كلّ منها مع بعض الاختلافات في جمع البيانات وتخزينها. استخدام فيستا في كافة أنحاء وزارة شؤون المحاربين القدماء ساعد على توحيد السّجلات، لكن لم تكن هناك حتى فترة قريبة طريقة سهلة لدخول السّجلات من منطقة خدمة VISN مختلفة.إذا كان الزّبون مسافر أو مجروح أو مريض وزار مرفق من مرافق المحاربين القدامى بعيد عن منزله، شبكة فيستا ستتيح للطبيب أو مقدّم رعاية طبية آخر بالدخول إلى السّجلات في المؤسّسة الرئيسيّة لذلك المريض. - VistAWeb is a portal accessible through CPRS (Computerized Patient Recordkeeping System), the graphical user interface forthe Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA), the electronic health record used throughout the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical system (known as the Veterans Health Administration (VHA)). This portal has been implemented throughout the VA system, allowing healthcare providers at remote VA facilities to view records contained within the VistA electronic health record system at the patient's primary facility. As originally created, the VA health systems has 21 regional data systems (VISN), each with some differences in data collection and storage. The usage of VistA throughout the VA has helped to standardize records, but there has until recently not been an easy way for accessing records from a different VISN service area. If a patient travels or is injured or sick and visits a VA facility far from their home, VistAWeb will allow the physician or other healthcare provider access to the records at that patient's home institution.
