- مجلس قروي هو نوع من الحكم المحلي المُستخدم من قبل السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية في المناطق الفلسطينية والتي يتراوح عدد سكانها ما بين 800 إلى 3000. هُناك حوالي 220 مجلس قروي في الأراضي الفلسطينية. يُمكن أن تتكون المجالس القروية من 3 إلى 11 عضوًا، متضمنين الرئيس ونائبه والأمين. على عكس الهيئات المحلية، فإنَّ المجالس القروية لا تُجري انتخابات، حيثُ يقوم ممثلو أكبر عشائر المنطقة باختيار رئيس المجلس والذي بدوره يعين وزير الحكم المحلي للسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية. - Un consell de vila és un tipus de utilitzat a l'Autoritat Nacional Palestina (ANP) per a les localitats palestines que habitualment tinguin una població d'entre 800-3,000 + habitants. El consell del vila també és conegut com a municipi de nivell D. Hi ha 220 consells locals als territoris palestins. Els consells de vila poden consistir en tres a onze membres, entre ells un president, un vicepresident i un secretari. El president és el cap del consell. A diferència dels municipis, els consells de vila no es sotmeten a eleccions; més aviat, els representants dels clans més importants d'un poble elegeixen un president que després és nomenat pel ministre de de l'Autoritat Nacional Palestina. - A Village council is a type of local government used in the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) for Palestinian localities that usually number between 800 and 3,000+ inhabitants. The village council is also known D-level municipalities. There are 220 village councils in the Palestinian territories. Village councils could consist of three to eleven members, including a chairman, a deputy chairman and secretary. The chairman is the head of the council. Unlike municipalities, village councils do not hold elections; rather, the representatives of a village's largest clans choose a chairman who is then appointed by the Local Government Minister of the Palestinian National Authority.
