- Die Wajenga (russisch Ваенга, Ваеньга) ist ein rechter Nebenfluss der Nördlichen Dwina in der Oblast Archangelsk in Nordwestrussland. Die Wajenga entspringt etwa 40 km östlich der Waga-Mündung auf einem Höhenrücken östlich dem Flusslauf der Nördlichen Dwina. Sie fließt nach Westnordwest. Später wendet sich die Wajenga nach Südosten und kurz darauf wieder nach Westen und erreicht schließlich nach 218 km, nordwestlich der Siedlung Beresnik, die Nördliche Dwina. Sie durchfließt eine waldreiche Landschaft. Ihr Flusslauf ist gekennzeichnet von weiten Flussschlingen. Das Einzugsgebiet umfasst 3370 km². La longitud del río es de 218 kilómetros. La superficie de su cuenca es de 3.370 kilómetros cuadrados. Sus principales afluentes son el Yugna (derecho) y el Nondrus (izquierdo). La cuenca del río Vayenga ocupa toda la parte norte y central del distrito de Vinogradovsky y partes menores de los distritos adyacentes de Kholmogorsky y Pinezhsky. El nacimiento del Vayenga se encuentra en el centro del distrito, al noreste del pueblo de Nyavody. The length of the river is 218 kilometres (135 mi). The area of its basin 3,370 square kilometres (1,300 sq mi). Its main tributaries are the (right) and the (left). The river basin of the Vayenga occupies the whole northern and central parts of Vinogradovsky District and minor parts of adjacent Kholmogorsky and Pinezhsky Districts. The source of the Vayenga is in the center of the district, north-east of the village of . It flows initially to the west, then turns north, and after accepting the from the right, turns north-west.
